This Site is owned and operated by Cook Designs ABN 13066614677 trading as Jenny Cook ArtFun (referred to in these terms as “ArtFun”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all Site visitors, subscribers, customers, and other users of the Site (“user”, “you” and “your”).

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You will need to register an account to access certain features (like the Membership Library, uploads, event bookings, or premium content). You warrant that any information you provide during the account setup process is correct at the time you provide the information and that you will update information should there be any changes. You will remain solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including orders placed on your account), so keep your account password secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, at our sole discretion, if you breach any provision of the Terms or applicable law or where your conduct impacts our reputation. 

 

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

• Refrain from spamming or promoting unrelated products/services.

• Share only your own work or content you have permission to post.

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS

• You retain the copyright to any artwork you create and upload.

• By posting on the site, you grant ArtFun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform for promotional or community purposes.

EVENT RULES

ArtFun events (online or in-person) are created to inspire, connect, and empower the creative community.

• Follow event-specific rules, including start/end times, material use, and instructions from facilitators.

• Be respectful and inclusive to all participants.

• Refrain from disruptive behaviour during live sessions or group chats.

• Respect others' workspaces and creative expression.

• Provide accurate registration information.

Event organizers may remove or ban participants who do not follow these guidelines. No refunds will be issued for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• You must be 16 years or older to create an account or participate in the ArtFun community.

• If under 16, parental or guardian consent may be required for certain events or purchases.

• Some events or content may be marked 16+ and will require age confirmation.

 

PAID SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

ArtFun may offer premium services, paid courses, event tickets, downloadable content, or memberships.

• All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change.

• Payments are processed securely via [list payment processors, e.g., Stripe, PayPal].

• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

• Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances (e.g., technical issues, event cancellation). Please refer to our [Refund Policy] or contact support.

Access to premium content or events may be suspended if payment fails or terms are violated.

REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of Digital Products, any orders received and processed have a strict no refund policy. Where the incorrect Digital Product is sent to you, or where the link provided to download the Digital Product is not working, we will send the correct Digital Product or a revised download link at no extra cost.

CONTENT MODERATION

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or edit content at our discretion, especially if it violates community guidelines or legal requirements.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & MAINTENANCE

While we aim to keep the site running smoothly, it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions.

FEEDBACK & SUGGESTIONS
