My story

Why I created Sunkissed Goddess

Creativity was never about getting it perfect. For years I watched women - clever, generous, capable women - pour everything into looking after everyone else, and quietly forget to make any time for themselves.

So I designed this project to give that time back. To reconnect you with colour, with your intuition, and with the simple joy of making something with your own two hands. There's no wrong way to do it - only your way.

She's called the Sunkissed Goddess because that's exactly how I want you to feel when you step back from your canvas - warm, glowing, and proud.

I've spent decades helping adults learn through creativity and education - and along the way, thousands of women have picked up a brush with me and completely surprised themselves.

My whole approach is warm, encouraging and judgement-free. You're already an artist - let me just remind you how it feels.

Not at all. The whole project begins from a traceable template, so you can skip straight to the fun part - colour. If you can hold a brush, you can do this.

Just the basics: a canvas, a handful of acrylic paints, a couple of brushes and somewhere comfy to sit. A full supply list is included so there’s no guesswork.

Yes - it was designed with beginners in mind. Experienced painters love it too, because the techniques carry into everything else they make.

Most people paint theirs over one relaxed afternoon, or across a few cosy sittings. There’s no clock - you paint entirely at your own pace.

Please do! Swap the sunset for ocean tones, jewel tones, whatever sings to you. Yours isn’t meant to look like mine - that’s the whole point.
