I've spent decades helping adults learn new skills and build confidence. As an educator, I've worked with people across Australia and beyond - always with the same goal: helping them believe they can do more than they think.
When my kids grew up and we moved to the coast, something shifted. I had the space to create again - and I realised I didn't just want to paint for me. I wanted to help others feel what I feel every time I pick up a brush.
I break painting into small, playful steps - so it never feels overwhelming. Background, middle ground, foreground. That's it. Before you know it, you've got a finished painting in front of you.
I don't want you to paint like me. I want you to discover your own style. If it brings you joy, it's right for you.
